Have you seen or captured a Bed Bug? Is there other significant evidence of active infestation, (bites, feces, blood stains)? The fastest way to let us know you have an infestation is to capture a bug. If you manage to capture one you qualify for immediate scheduling. If you have seen bed bugs at all we will schedule you for a free inspection. Where there is one bug there is guaranteed to be more.
If our inspection leads us to believe you have bed bugs we will schedule you for our next available time slot.

Treatment:
Heat Treatment is an all day affair. Our equipment operators will begin unloading equipment at 8 am. One of our systems includes:
- 6 Temp Air industrial strength heaters
- 10 high rate CFM fans for heat distribution
- 20 wireless heat sensors monitored by computers
- 1 70 KW Generator pulled by trailer
Our operators will require parking for 1 truck and 1 generator trailer. Power cables will run from the generator outside through a sealed window in your home to our heating equipment. Once up to temperature (over lethal temperature of 120 degrees) we begin the heating process. Here is a short list of items that cannot remain inside your home at heated temperature:
- Bottles of wine
- Wax candles
- Plants
- Animals
- Aerosol cans
- Specific medications
- Certain Makeup
We heat for a minimum of 4 hours broken up by several “tosses” of your belongings. It is important that everything in your home be moved in order to allow for the heated air to circulate. Furniture will be dismantled and clothing will be removed from drawers and closets. The list goes on but literally everything must move around to allow heated air to circulate. Otherwise bed bugs may survive somewhere in your belongings.
To clarify: EVERYTHING WILL BE MOVED AND UNFOLDED AND OPENED AND EMPTIED. Our operators are screened by administration before we allow them to represent our company. Damages remain very low and our success rate is very high (96% in single family homes).
After the baking period your furniture will be reassembled. However we do not take responsibility for reorganizing smaller belongings. If a lot of activity is observed during the treatment process the operators are instructed to “bake” your home for longer. On average we pack up and leave around 5 pm but it depends on the size of the infestation.
